Patches missing in rtems-980911

I just discovered that a lot of patches Aleksey and
I posted did not make through in rtems-980911.

I currently preparing a patch to fix that. In the mean
time you can apply the patch posted on this mailling list 
to fix some of the problem.

Wrong file : lib/libcpu/i386/cpu.c
	     lib/libbsp/i386/pc386/console/console.c
	     lib/libbsp/i386/pc386/startup/bspstart.c
	     lib/libbsp/i386/shared/irq/irq_init.c

at least...
