Problem with Hello world

Hello,
       I have completed with bit and bit_rtems scripts without any errors
i have also exicuted RTEMS_MAKEFILE_PATH.
My host is Linux 5.2 on a i586
kernal 2.0.36
Target mips64orion
BSP p4650
     I am getting an error as follows

bsp_specs: No such file or directory
gmake: *** [o-p4650/test.o] Error 1     
        

                        When gmake was exicuted it gave me the above error and
created a o-p4650 directory which is empty.Please help me run Hello world.
