Yes, I forgot to point that out.  Glad you mentioned it.
As far as I know, all the Linux code is GPL, and not Library GPL.
There is at least one commercial project using these libraries (see 
http://www.nssolutions.com/ ), so I may ask the Flux group how they handled 
licensing for that project.  Perhaps some of the code is LGPL.
