Building RTEMS without GNU tools

We have built RTEMS with our ColdFire C compiler. We had to work out what
the correct defines should be for the different parts of the package and we
had to change the relevant embedded assembler macros to suit the syntax used
by our compiler and assembler.
So yes, it is possible.
