Force386 Status

The force386 is an obsolete BSP.  It is included for historical
reasons and will likely disappear in a future release.

See another i386 BSP for more current examples.  In 4.0, the
pc386 and i386ex are much better examples.  The ts_1325 submitted
since 4.0 includes great Ada support.  I am sure Tony would
be happy to talk about that one. :)
