gcc 2.95

Hi,

Just a quick note to let you all know that gcc 2.95 has been released. I
missed the cutoff for the RTEMS patches to get merged. I am building gcc
2.95 now with the last egcs/rtems patch and it looks OK so far.

Right now, tentative plans call for a gcc 2.95.1 on August 15th to address
some documentation consistency issues and whatever problems turn up. I
hope to get the RTEMS patches included in that. There are already a
couple of known problems (m68k cpu32 and sh) which will be fixed in
2.95.1.

I will put an RTEMS patch out as soon as I see everything build locally.
I would appreciate it if you folks could sanity check me on this one. :)
My plan is to make a set of tool patches available to the public for 2.95
since it is the merger of gcc and egcs and is thus important.
