Funny this. pc104 targets are just motherboards with the pc104 bus
attached. The ACER PIA-632 is one example. The pc104 specification does not
limit the size of the pc104 motherboard, just the size of the expansion
cards. Moreover, the pc104 bus is just an ISA bus with a different form
factor, so really, pc386 should work for ANY DOS compatible board.

Q: Has pc386 been ported to a x86 that has a pc104 bus?.

A: Yes: ACER-PIA632 -- 40MHZ 386sx clone.

BUT beware. I can't recall if there was a resolution to the "fninit"
instructions problem. Recall: There was a problem in cpu.c where the
"fninit" caused exception 7 to be raised. The cpu_model.S code indicated
that the fp instructions were to be emulated since no co-processor was
present.

We don't have an emulator, so it is incorrect for cpu_model.S to specify that
an emulator will be used. Our FP support is obtained via compiler options.
