mcp750 BSP code improvement

Just a small note to let everybody on the list know that we have
enhanced the MCP750 BSP in the following directions :

	- the dec21140 driver code has been hardened (various bug fixed)
Emmanuel,
	- bug in the mcp750 init code have been fixed (interrupt stack/initial
stack initialization), BSS correctly cleared (Eric V)
	- remote debugging over TCP/IP is nearly complete (berakpoints,
backtrace, variables,...) (Eric V),
	- exception handling code has also been improved in order to fully
support RDBG requirements (Eric V),

The total patch is large due to gdb-4.18 patches required so I will not
post it on the list.
I'll send the various patches to joel so that they should be in the next
snapshot.
In the mean time, if you really need them mail me...
