No subject

Is anyone re-writting the CYGWIN installation instructions for the Getting
Started Guide, as they need some work. (Mainly the tools section)

I am in the middle of doing new configs for the GCC 2.95.1 stuff etc, and
would like to contribute my procedure / scripts if required ??
