RTEMS and Kaffe

It is autoconf'ed and there are some instructions on building
it cross at www.kaffe.org.  I think all it takes is setting
the autoconf variables in a "config.frag" and then building
it.  It just takes doing it and being able to test it. :)

There appear to be people on the mailing list who build it
cross regularly now.  This is a change.
