Is there any way to awake ASR?

	Excuses, my description was not clear enough, as I see.
	I want to sent the signal to this HD task+ASR from another task, which
know only that the mission ended. It calls rtems_signal_send making pending
signal to HD ASR, but ASR is blocked together with HD task!! What to do?
