RTEMS installation

I downloaded GCC/GNAT/binutils/newlib/RTEMS 4.0.0 scripts and patches as
suggested in "Getting Started with GNAT/RTEMS" Edition 4.0.0.
However I find that when I unpack the ada_build_scripts-4_0_0 I get links
to non-existent directories as follows:

  bit-gdb -> ../c/bit_gdb
  bit_rtems -> ../c/bit_rtems
and common.sh -> ../c/common.sh

The scripts have been unpacked in the rtems/tools directory as suggested
in the documentation. The c directory is in rtems/tools/rtems-4.0.0/ but
doesn't contain any of the above in it or its sub-directories.
