Need help to build RTMS 4.0

I used slightly later versions of the tools and so the patches did not work for me anyway; I just applied them by hand which took a while but was not too bad.

Given a few days I could place the i386 tools up on my FTP server (they are in different locations with only a modem in between; I would need to move a machine from A to B to achieve it).

Let me know if you want me to do that.
