powerpc in_cksum

Hi,

I have written a PowerPC version of the in_cksum.c routines.  It appears
to work OK but I would like to get it reviewed by some PowerPC
knowledgeable folks.

Also the memcpy routine in newlib 1.8.1 is a significant improvement over
the version in 1.8.0.  If you are PowerPC literate, take a look at it and
let me know if you think it is worth the time investment to write a
PowerPC specific version.
