www.oarcorp.com is dead for a week ???

Actually, on my machine (through uiuc.edu), I can get to www.oarcorp.com.
However, on some others -- I cannot (tellabs.com). I cannot run
traceroute on those others. However, Jay Monkman was having trouble
getting through the smith-broadcasting hop from his domain.
I'm quite certain there is something wrong with that hop.
