Port of the GoAhead web server on RTEMS

Hello everybody,

I have successfully ported the GoAhead web server on
RTEMS. And it works !!!

I must clean the sources and I will send a patch soon.

To be able to run the http daemon, the last version
(rtems19991011) is required. It seems it corrects a
bug in the select function...

I have "tarred" a web site tree and merged it to the RTEMS
archive with the magic options -Wl,-b -Wl,binary -Wl,tarfile.
At runtime, this file is "untarred", the http daemon is launched
and you can access the web site with your favorite browser.
