Not as far as I know. The primary difference is that eCOS is based on
the ITRON specification while RTEMS (currently) supports the RTEID/ORKID
specification that was based on pSOS+ and POSIX 1003.1b including threads.
Specific feature by feature comparison is always going to be a moving
target. The port and BSP list constantly changes for both.
I would be happy to assist someone in doing one though.
