The big changes are:

 + the mips jmr3904 simulator BSP is now running most tests.
   The benchmark timer and tm27 support need some work but it
   looks like everythign is running OK.  This BSP should work
   on any Toshiba TX390x board.
 + score/mips got a lot of tinkering. interrupt processing 
   debugged for non-nested interrupts.  Many assembly routines
   are now C macros.  More application control over interrupt 
   vectoring.
 + mips cache management code is there but stubbed.
 + sim68000 BSP now runs hello world.  Juan has been working 
   on this -- Thanks.
 + The initial "tar fs" is now in.  The result turned out to be
   a magic IMFS loader that makes the IMFS point to the file contents 
   in the tar image rather than malloc memory for it.  Saves
   a lot of memory when linking with tar images to get base file
   system images.
