AFAIK, there isn't one. Read section 4.32 in the latest gcc manual, or
under 

GCC
 C Extensions
   Extended ASM

in the online gcc info manual.

Then look at the sample code in RTEMS. It will start to make sense. The
m68k is one of the easy ones to figure out :-)
