Adding header files and header files paths to leaf.cfg

Hello folks,

How do I dynamically (i.e., without changing the RTEMS makefiles) add
include files and include file paths so that I may create an application or
a library
with include files from outside the RTEMS build-tree?  Is there an
environment variable or make macro definition to set?  Thanks.
