I'm  trying to get the POWERPC port up and running. So far after struggling
through with some file directory rearrangements I have been able to get
RTEMS 4.0 to build but when I compile the TESTS for the PSIM BSP just to
check out the install I get a linker error that in the module "makebuf.c 93
" which is part of libc.a there is an undefined ref "isatty".  I'm using the
prebuilt compliler tools for cygwin from the OARCorp site.  Do I need a
different version of NEWLIB?
