Possible problem in rtems_event_send/receive

Hi,

we've possibly detected a problem in rtems_event_send and
rtems_event_receive in RTEMS-4.0.0 that causes events to be dropped when
posted from ISRs. The problem, if confirmed, would also affect
RTEMS-4.5.0 since the event code is basically the same.

Can anybody confirm this issue? A detailed report is included in the
attachment.
