A compile problem under CYGWIN

Hi,	

when I try to compile the rtems with gcc under CYGWIN,
I get this error:

i386-rtems-gcc  -c -Wall -fasm -g  -I .... init.c -o init.o
Assembler messages:
 for reading.open
: No such file or directory
make: *** [all] Error 1

but the same code can pass compile under LINUX?
What's wrong???
