Error Configuring RTEMS SH4

I tries configuring with the pre-built tools at the ftp site.
Now it runs fine..
What Joel was saying is right..there seems to be a problem finding
the crt0.o file.
But I was using the latest of teh newlib is patch and gcc 3.2

I recall some tool problem that was related to a change in gcc and
the rtems fake crt0.o that is used to link during configure was missing
a symbol. So you are probably not using the latest newlib patch/RPMs.
