how to use loopback interface on rtems

Create a socket with the ip address set to 127.0.0.1.  Take a look at 
the above site for a tutorial on socket programming.  I suggest that you 
become familiar with socket programming in general (perhaps on a 
unix-like os) before you try do code for RTEMS.
