Telnetd help?

I'm trying to set up the telnetd and command shell on my coldfire 
MCF5307C3 BSP. I know I need to add a BSP_output_char function for 
printk, but some of the other things are less clear:

1. How to I put a pty device in my device table? Does anyone have an 
example of this?
Right now , I don't think I have a device table set up at all.

2. Do I just call rtems_initialize_telnetd() ? Is there any other setup 
needed?
