How to debug RTEMS at AT91RM9200 board?

I had used BDI-2000 several years ago for MPC8250/MPC755, in last company, 
but it's too expensive. Multi-ICE can work with GDB, but I'm not sure can
I use Muiti-ICE to debug RTEMS's application task. 
I'm using AT91RM9200's internal boot rom and use printk, but our 
application engineer need Multi-ICE to debug his code.
I'll try it these days.
