gettimeofday seconds rollover problem?

Hi Chris,

I am trying to do an audit of how the interrupt_disable/enable issues 
effect our application firmware by looking through our application 
firmware by working my way through the elf file decoded with objdump.  I 
am just about to start going through it now.
