Where I can find a simple posix RTEMS example + Makefile ?

where I can find a simple example of posix threads with RTEMS and the relative 
makefile ?
Just a very simple example that launch one task to say ? Hello World ! ?, so I 
can see which parameters I have to set to launch a simple posix thread, so I 
can start work from that simple example. 
I have configured rtems for i386 pc386 with enable posix.
