Installation problem for target "(none)"

Hello,

I started from the scratch and tried now the following configure-command
under Cygwin:

../rtems-4.6.6/configure --enable-rtemsbsp=posix 

And I received the same error as with the additional option
'--disable-rtems-inlines':
