Kill HELAS403, was: Re: Looking for BSP for Atmel AT91SAM7X-EK

Joel,

since I am in the proper mood today: I think it is time to really kill
the helas403 BSP (as one of the old-fashioned PPC BSPs).

I will do so on CVS-HEAD next week.
