How to connect a timer to Rtc bsp i386

Bsp pc386
Rtems 4.7.1

I schedule tasks with a standard rtems_timer which generates semaphores.
Is this software timer precise, with no offset during time ?

Can you tell me how to connect to the board rtc device ?
