RPM testing repo feedback

Hi,

It looks like the tools in the testing repository
are reasonably ok.  I have used the powerpc psim
and mips jmr3904 simulators in gdb to run tests.
I have built all BSPs and I think the set that
doesn't build is the same as with the other tools.


I have NOT:

  + run all tests on sparc/sis
  + investigated the BSP build failures.  I will
    follow up and report on these.  I need to compare
    4.7 and 4.8 build failures for patterns.
