Help building Insight 6.5 on Cygwin

Hello all,

I'm trying to build Insight-6.5 for PoerPC on Cygwin.  The build fails with the message:

I'm quite sure that something is missing in my Cygwin instalation.  Does anybody has an clue waht that might be?
Attached is the build log.
Insight 6.4 fails in the same way.
