Joel Is Back and Backlogged

Hi,

I took two weeks off for the holidays and did not
even touch email.  Needless to say I am very backlogged
with LOTS of email.

I will be trying to prioritize issues and ignoring ones
that appear to be resolved.  You will probably see some
quick terse replies for a few, and then going back
over what's harder to reply to.
