EP5200/5200Lite News Update

Hi,

I have committed a set of changes to the gen5200
BSP that allow me to run the SP and PSX tests
without problems.  tm01-tm10 run fine but tm11
through tm13 all get an exception 3 as they are
exiting.  I haven't investigated that yet.

I have added some instructions to the Wiki
which should help those with this board to
get to where I am.

If you have one of these boards and want to
follow along, I would appreciate feedback and
testing help. 

FWIW the ep5200 is the same as the Freescale
5200lite which is also known as IceCube.
