rtems_crti

Hello, all.

I am trying to follow the wiki instructions to build the C++ application.

Please, what is the right way to link the C++ apllication? 
My linker says there is no rtems_crti.o. I added the file rtems_crti.S into 
the bsp/start directory and run bootstrap, configure. make, but the result is 
the same.
I found some discussion in 
http://www.rtems.com/ml/rtems-users/2005/february/msg00029.html, 
but it seems to me awkward... and ancient...
