arm-rtems-gcc.exe missing

     Hello RTEMS-users,

  I have been trying to compile the RTEMS source but I have ran into
problems.
  I have been following the installation instructions in
http://www.rtems.com/onlinedocs/releases/rtemsdocs-4.6.6/share/rtems/htm
l/started/index.html Can anyone confirm that the manual is up-to-date?
  My development environment is WinXP (Pro) and I have installed CygWin.
The target platform is ARM, more specifically AT91SAM7XC256 MCU.

  First of all, I downloaded the zipped tar-files which supposed to
include the prebuilt toolset executables (chapter 3.2 in the
instructions) As the specs lists following packages:
rtems-4.6-rtems-base-binutils-2.13.2.1-2.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-sparc-rtems-binutils-2.13.2.1-2.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-rtems-base-gcc-gcc3.2.3newlib1.11.0-3.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-sparc-rtems-gcc-gcc3.2.3newlib1.11.0-3.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-rtems-base-gdb-5.2-1.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-sparc-rtems-gdb-5.2-1.tar.bz2
I downloaded the packages:
rtems-4.6-rtems-base-binutils-2.13.2.1-2.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-arm-rtems-binutils-2.13.2.1-2.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-rtems-base-gcc-gcc3.2.3newlib1.11.0-3.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-arm-rtems-gcc-gcc3.2.3newlib1.11.0-3.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-rtems-base-gdb-5.2-1.tar.bz2
rtems-4.6-arm-rtems-gdb-5.2-1.tar.bz2
After unpacking I noticed that the executable arm-rtems-gcc.exe was
missing (among some other files) The sparc-related packages did include
the file.
Thus I cannot proceed as stated in 5.4.
I was not able to build the executable from the source either. Does
anyone know is the prebuilt exe available somewhere or is building from
the source the only option?
