toture and suggestion

The FB_EYE steal from suspects. 
 
 They also use physical and mental tortures to reduce suspects so that suggestion and mind control techniques function better. 
 
 Many people have it wrong, long term torture is not used to gain knowledge, but is used for the mental leverage needed for suggestion and mind control. It can be useful when needing to fabricate evidence or for creating patsies for assassination or other terrible acts.
 
 This is not new, it has been going on for more than 40 years.
