Nah, for some reasons, one of the if_nameindex related patches was
missing on rtems-4-8-branch:

* libnetworking/net/if.h: Add if_nameindex (from FreeBSD).

Dunno know how this could have happened, but ...

Should be fixed now, cvs up and try again.
