I followed the instructions in
http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Compiling_FileZilla_3_under_Windows#Autotools
I installed M4 version 1.4.7 from the linked Sourceforge site.
Afterwards I configured Autoconf 2.62 and Automake 1.10.1 (downloaded
from GNU server) via 'configure --prefix=/opt/rtems-4.9' and installed
them directly into the RTEMS tree. With that done I was able to build
the current RTEMS CVS version from scratch.
