netdemo problem

     Thanks for your respond.
      I changed to use the loopback's attach function, and it makes
netdemo.exe work.
      so i guess there is something wrong with my own attach function, what
do you think ?

     And I wonder how to know if  the driver detect hardware correctly or
not .
