Partition Manager in BSP

Hello, all.

I would like to use partition manager for the MPC8XXX DPRAM to allow not only 
to take, but also return buffer descriptors and reallocate them (today the 
bsp_dpram_allocate function is used, which only allocates BDs).

The question is: is it allowed to use partition manager in such places as 
console and Ethernet drivers, especially at their initialization phases?
