the code is now in the CVS.

Interrupt extension interface:
    cpukit/include/rtems/irq-extension.h

BSP support:

    c/src/lib/libbsp/shared/src/irq-generic.c
    c/src/lib/libbsp/shared/src/irq-legacy.c
