mistakes in RTEMS C User's Guide

Hi.

I found some minor mistakes in the documentation for the IO Manager.

In "16.1 Introduction" the rtems_io_unregister_driver directive is not 
mentioned.

In "16.4.2: IO UNREGISTER DIVER" the name of the directive is 
"rtems_io_register_driver" instead of "rtems_io_*un*register_driver".

I apologize if this is too irrelevant for this mailing list. What is the 
proper way to submit documentation mistakes?
