Question regarding to Makefile.inc

Hi all,

I have one question regarding to
/home/zengreng/i386/i386-rtems4.9/c/pc386/make/Makefile.inc

prefix point to /opt/rtems-4.9/.... so that
        RTEMS_CUSTOM = $(prefix)/make/custom/$(RTEMS_BSP).cfg
        PROJECT_ROOT = $(prefix)
point to /opt/rtems-4.9/....

but as the location of pc386.cfg and leaf.cfg, the prefix should be
/home/zengreng/i386/i386-rtems4.9/c/pc386/

I get confusing here, and I guess I miss something which make me
misunderstanding, could anybody please clarify it for me?
