ANN: Discontinuing rtems toolchains for Fedora 8

Hi,

Unlike with previous releases of Fedora, for which I had tried to
support the rtems-toolchains beyond Fedora's official EOLs, I intend to
discontinue the RTEMS toolchains for Fedora 8 in sync with Fedora 8's
official EOL. 

I.e. with Fedora 10 being scheduled to be released 25-11-2008 [1],
Fedora 8 can be expected to be discontinued one month afterwards[2].

Fedora 8 users should feel encouraged to upgrade to a newer version of
Fedora until then[3].
