Joel Back And Catching Up

Hi,

I was in Munich last week teaching the class and did
not answer any email.  I now have a LOT of email in
my inbox and will be replying to it in a seemingly
random fashion.  Please do not be offended by the
longer than normal delay and if you are waiting
for a reply and don't get one by Wednesday, email
me again as a reminder.
