config.sub generation bug?

Hi Ralf,
The file config.sub isn't present in the source tree before the bootstrap
command and the data that it contains are function of some configuration
files.
So my question is which configuration file are read to create the config.sub
file
What do you mean by :You can not add cpus ad lib.

config.sub is not generated - It is a separate GNU project of its own,
with an upstream of its own.

When bootstrapping an RTEMS source-tree, RTEMS receives it from automake.
