No time for GSoC; still intend to contribute as I can...

After some research and thought, I realize I haven't sufficient time to 
write and submit an application for a GSoC project with RTEMS; I have 
started much too late to be able to learn enough about RTEMS to propose 
a realistic project.

I do still think that RTEMS is an excellent RT kernel/OS, and I hope to 
be able to contribute to it over time (maybe even the TCP/IP stack 
update, and/or lwIP update and driver rationalization; both subjects I 
have experience with in other OS/kernels).
